ASARELA - I BELIEVE

The album “I believe” is born out of a heart of worship. Out of a deep and close relationship with God. In the past years I’ve been going through many different seasons. There were a lot of joyful seasons, but also painful seasons, where I had to deal with loss, grieve and inner healing.  In this journey my relationship with God became stronger. I have come to know Him as a good Father and Friend, but I have also come to know Him as my Healer and Provider. From this place of deep intimacy with God, I have written each song. It was my desire to be vulnerable and honest. This is why ‘I believe’ is not just an ordinary album, but one that speaks from a heart that is moved by the power and love of God. 

I believe that God is the one who formed us in our mothers womb. (Jeremiah 1:5) That before we were even born He already called us by name. (Isaiah 43:1)

I believe that no matter how far we’ve run away, we are always only one step away from running back into the arms of the Father. He never gives up on us. (Luke 15)

I believe that when we go through highs and lows in life, God is with us. Because He promised to never leave us nor forsake us. (Deuteronomy 31: 6-8).
He will lead us and guide us all the way because He is the Good Shepherd.

I believe that God makes a way where there seems to be no way. For He makes all things new. (Isaiah 43:18-19) 

It is my prayer that, as you listen to this album, you will discover the goodness of God. That you will find new strength and new hope. I believe it will bring healing to you in the areas of your life where you need it most. I pray that you may discover that God is faithful. That He is for you and will guide you through every situation just as He does with me. It doesn’t matter where you come from or where you are in life right now. He wants to meet you right where you are and just as you are.
